Help MSM record our first album!

In 2024, MSM Quartet received a special prize that allows us to release an album with the renowned and hugely respected label Orpheus Classical.

This is a huge milestone for us — but in order to make it happen, we have to provide the professional recording ourselves.

Since 2018, we have been working to build a career as a string quartet in a time when creating a sustainable path in the arts is increasingly difficult.

As full-time professional musicians, everything we invest in the quartet comes from our own pockets; we cannot afford an agency, we do not have sponsorship or government support.

Recording an album is very expensive. It means paying for the recording venue, sound engineer, editing, mixing, mastering, production, travel, promotion, and many other behind-the-scenes costs.

We have worked for years to reach this moment, but recording a professional album is something we cannot afford alone.

That is why we are opening this crowdfunding campaign.

Every donation, big or small, will go directly towards the recording and production of our debut album. Your support will help us turn this opportunity into something real! Thank you for supporting our music and for being part of this journey. Your small donation can really impact our musical and professional path.

We believe that music and the arts need to be supported more than ever. In a world marked by uncertainty, division, and terrible political and social realities, art remains a space for connection, reflection, unity, and humanity. This is why we choose this difficult but so rewarding life adventure.

It is gratifying to see less familiar music being programmed, especially when it is performed at such a high level.

From the very first notes, there was movement in their playing, both literally and figuratively. We enjoyed beautiful interplay, flawless coordination, and a concert in which traditional works alternated naturally with contemporary music. It was precisely this combination that gave the morning a special character.
